Mustard Seed is a band located in Schenectady, New York and the purpose of our music is two-fold. Firstly, it is our goal that our music would call to those who do not yet know Jesus, and would help bridge that gap so they could indeed come to know Him, and the plans He has for all of us. Second, we hope that this music will edify and encourage those whom are already saved and believe on our mighty King, Jesus. The walk is not an easy one, but putting into perspective the reward which we have to look forward to, the trials we undertake are all so worth while!! Being raised on all genres of music, and being in and about the local music scene for some years, the founders of Mustard Seed decided to leave the music they had known and played for so long, and focused on creating music which would be used to glorify God. It isn't something that one just stumbles upon (musical talent), but it is indeed a gift given to us by God, and we long to use it for Him. As all gifts and talents we are given, we are all held responsible for what we will do with them. Through Mustard Seed, we hope to give God all the glory.
